Oh hello darling, so lovely to see your face…
So it happens, that feeling, that mood which hijacks your body and clips your wings. Don’t dare fight it, just brush it off, keep moving and you will fly again.

This face swap feels a little sketchy to me. Having a little fun swapping faces with my drawings.

This image and the words were on my mind for days, I decided to draw it out and let it flow onto the page.
Illustration: Watercolor and pen on Canson 140 lb paper
The stages of my painting. The inspiration for this one came from a walk in my neighborhood, I was drawn to this gritty old house and stormy clouds above. I took a photograph and later decided to paint it.
I used acrylic paint on a 20×20 gallery wrapped canvas. It took me about 4 days to complete, on and off painting a few hours a day.
This is the photograph that inspired me, I did tweak the image to adjust to my composition and style of painting.
Shaking up my day this morning getting out of my little studio to meet up with a friend. It was perfect weather to be out and about today. I headed to a local cafe for a good cup of cafe mocha and to enjoy some engaging conversation. Afterwards I was inspired to create this little doodle.
Cookie cat was patiently waiting for my return.
Are you falling, caught, uplifted, or maybe swinging around having fun? I would love to know what you perceive from the illustration? Feel free to comment, whatever comes to mind.

Recently I have been painting and drawing intuitively, including this art. This little illustration started with some pencil marks on paper resembling leaves which brought forth this image. No photos involved just my imagination.
