Crazy days, we work hard to keep balance only to feel like a juggling fool…..
Stop clowning around and go with the flow!

I try to uphold to a morning routine by carving out time for myself before the hectic throws of the day. My commitment to writing three long hand pages (morning pages) began many years ago when I read the book, The Artist Way, by Julia Cameron. The routine of writing everyday clears the mind, relieves stress and allows you to tap into your well of creativity on a regular basis. My writing this morning inspired this doodle.
